Digital infrastructurefor businesses that are seriousabout growing.

Niyrah builds websites, systems and integrations that bring your online presence and internal operation closer together.

Diagnosis

Often it isn't a website problem. It's a fragmented digital foundation.

  • 01Website

    Requests arrive through scattered channels.

  • 02Operation

The site is disconnected from the work.

  • 03Tools

    Data stays spread across places.

  • 04Maintenance

Every change becomes a separate fix.

Website, requests and internal operation should be one system. Niyrah builds that connection — layer by layer.

Digital foundation

One foundation, four layers working together.

Niyrah doesn't build loose parts. Each layer reinforces the others — from the visible website to the internal operation behind it.

01

Web platforms

The visible layer

  • Custom front-end
  • Order flows

The visible layer: built to capture requests.

  • Custom front-end
  • Order flows & request forms
  • CMS where needed
  • Performance & SEO foundation
02

Internal systems

The operational layer

  • Planning & management
  • Dashboards

Where the work lands: planning, management, overview.

  • Planning & management
  • Dashboards
  • Customer & order management
  • Roles & permissions
03

Automations

The connecting layer

  • API integrations
  • Follow-up

The connecting layer that removes manual work from the chain.

  • API integrations
  • Automatic follow-up
  • Notifications
  • Data sync
04

AI integrations

The optional smart layer

  • Smart search
  • Workflow assistance

The optional smart layer on a healthy foundation.

  • Smart search
  • Workflow assistance
  • Summaries
  • Only where it pays off

From request to completed action — as one system.

A website is the visible layer. Underneath runs a system that captures, checks, records and automatically follows up on requests.

  1. 01Request

A request comes in through the website or a connected API.

    • One starting point for every request
    • Website and internal operation are connected from step one
  2. 02Validation

Rules and data are checked automatically.

    • Fixed rules instead of manual checking
    • Errors surface early, not afterwards
  3. 03Recording

The request is recorded in the system in a structured way.

    • Everything lives in one place
    • Ready for automatic follow-up
  4. 04Follow-up

The system sets the next steps in motion by itself.

    • Tasks and notifications start automatically
    • No manual handover between steps
  5. 05Confirmation

Everyone knows exactly where things stand.

    • Customer and team see the same status
    • Completed with a clear confirmation

Approach

Understand first.Then build.

  1. 01Diagnosis before building
  2. 02Architecture before decoration
  3. 03Design & build with responsibility
  4. 04Launch & care with clear agreements

Responsibility

No loosehandover.

One technical line from diagnosis to further development — with clear agreements.

  • One point of contact, from diagnosis to launch.
  • Documentation and handover are part of the delivery.
  • Maintenance and further development with clear agreements.

Clear before we start.

01What does a project cost?

That depends on the business value, scope and technical complexity. A focused website requires a different investment than a commerce platform, an internal system or an AI integration. After a short diagnosis you receive one proposal with a clear scope, price, planning and any recurring costs. Changes outside that scope are discussed in advance.

02How long does a project take?

A focused website usually takes a few weeks; complex platforms and internal systems can require several months. Every project runs in phases: diagnosis, direction, design, build, testing and launch. The planning assumes timely feedback, content and access from your side.

03Who owns the code or the platform?

After full payment you receive the rights to the project-specific deliverables as agreed in the proposal. Open-source components, third-party software and existing or reusable Niyrah components remain covered by their own licences or rights. You receive a professional handover within the agreed scope, so you are never unnecessarily locked in to one supplier.

04What happens after launch?

We agree on that in advance. You can choose a care or support plan with monitoring, maintenance and agreed response times, or a clean handover to your own team. Without a separate care agreement, structural maintenance after the agreed remediation period is not included.

05How are security and personal data handled?

We build on the principle of minimal access: server-side secrets, roles and permissions, secure integrations and controlled data flows. Where Niyrah processes personal data on behalf of your company, responsibilities are formalised in a data processing agreement where required. Absolute security does not exist; maintenance and operational discipline remain important.

06Does Niyrah use AI in every project?

No. AI is only used where it adds practical value. For planning, rules, transactions or critical workflows, classic software, data analysis or mathematical optimisation can be a better fit. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; important decisions still require appropriate human review. We don't sell AI for the hype — we choose the technique that best solves the business problem.
